Development and management of urban tree plantings

During the early 1980s much of my time was spent working on the development and maintenance of the tree plantings of Canberra.  This included research into the selection of tree species, the review of the success of species and the management of the tree surgery program for Canberra.

This work continued during my work at the Australian National Botanic Gardens and the Alice Springs Desert Park with the provision of advice on the use of Australian native trees in both the temperate and arid zones of Australia.

Since establishing my consultancy my work with the selection and management of tree plantings has continued.  This has included sourcing seed and plants.
